Welcome to our bike club's weekly training rides. Ride Descriptions

Our training rides vary in difficulty and focus, catering to riders of different levels. Here's what you can expect:

  • Sunday 7:00 AM: Join us for a scenic morning ride through Essex. This ride typically covers 30-40 miles and focuses riding through country roads and tackling some hills.

  • Tuesday 7:00 PM: Our evening ride is perfect for those looking to unwind after work. This ride covers 20-25 miles and is designed for city riding and building stamina and endurance.
